PlannerPoker is a story point estimation tool designed to help Agile teams plan their work collaboratively. The platform supports real-time voting, integrations, and productivity features available to both free and paid users.

3. Accounts & Access

• Users must provide accurate information during signup.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly or annually, depending on your plan. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, and content on PlannerPoker are the property of Cosmos Innovations or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6. User Conduct

• Do not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform.
• Respect other users and do not impersonate anyone else.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Any termination may result in loss of access to features or data.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlannerPoker is provided "as is" and without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
