PlannerPoker ("we", "our", "us") is a product of Cosmos Innovations, a branch of Vritul Pty Ltd. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use PlannerPoker at plannerpoker.com and related PlannerPoker services.

• Account information: name, email address, profile image, login provider, and authentication records.
• Workspace and session data: rooms, votes, estimates, comments, imported work items, issue metadata, and collaboration history.
• Billing information: subscription status, plan, customer identifiers, and payment metadata handled through Stripe.
• Technical information: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, user agent, request logs, and security events.
• Analytics information: page views, referring pages, feature usage, approximate location, session events, and interaction data when analytics tools are enabled.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide real-time story estimation, rooms, workspaces, and collaboration features.
• Authenticate users, send login links, and protect accounts.
• Operate integrations such as Jira and billing providers.
• Improve product reliability, performance, onboarding, and usability.

• Measure website and product usage so we can improve PlannerPoker and marketing.

• Jira, Linear, and other integrations when connected by a user or workspace.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to people and systems that need it to operate PlannerPoker.
